Job Summary:
Provides outpatient mental health services for clients admitted to the satellite
behavioral health program located in the Salem. Performs intake, assessment,
referral, record keeping, and develops treatment plans. Ensures the provision
of health care services takes place in a professional, non-bias environment and
is accomplished in an efficient and respectful manner. Contributes to
accomplishment of the Tribe's holistic health and wellness objectives

referral, record keeping, and develops recovery plans and notes under review of
manager. Contributes to the accomplishments of the Tribe's holistic health and
wellness objectives for clients.
