JOB SUMMARY:
Under the limited supervision of the Patrol Sergeants and/or Captain, performs a
variety of full-performance, working-level law enforcement and non-law
enforcement duties. Responds to life and property-threatening calls.
Enforces federal and state laws and county ordinances for the protection of
life, health, safety, welfare and property. Maintains peace and order for the
general public. Service
JOB SUMMARY:
Ensure safety and security in the detentions facility. Responsibilities
include but are not limited to transporting inmates to and from other detention
facilities, acting as court bailiff, supervising inmate workers in the
performance of their duties, and assuring that the proper paperwork is completed
for all activities in the facility.
Pay Rate: $67,930 to $81,568 DOQ

JOB SUMMARY:
Under limited supervision of the Detective Sergeant of Investigations and/or the
Investigations Captain, this position is responsible for investigating crimes in
the County. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting other
agencies, District Attorney's offices, and officers with investigations and
filing the case with the District Attorney's office for prosecution. Performs
other duties as assigned.

services to inmates/detainees, including initial screening of all arrested
persons while observing and maintaining the safety and security of the facility,
