Domestic Couple/Live On Property Caretaker

An experienced housekeeper and property caretaker couple is needed to work for a principal with a home on Chicago's north shore. The primary responsibilities are maintaining the property, performing maintenance and handyman tasks, overseeing vendors and service providers, performing the general and specialty cleaning and laundry functions, assisting with meal prep, attending to the needs of guests, and performing household organizational projects.

 

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years of experience working in a fine home, verifiable references and the ability to live on the property year-round.

 

An excellent compensation and benefits package along with separate living accommodations on the property are offered.
