Position Summary:

Are you an experienced, mature, and career-oriented individual with exceptional administrative skills? Our client, a retired executive with a busy schedule, is in search of someone just like you! This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your talents and make a real impact.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our client's calendar with precision, coordinating travel arrangements, and acting as the primary point of contact for all communications. Additionally, you'll have the chance to take on exciting projects and help establish new systems for record-keeping and documentation.

This position offers flexibility, with the option to work remotely for up to 20 hours per week.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all communications
  • Assist with various projects, initiatives, and tasks as assigned by our client
  • Help establish new systems for record-keeping, documentation, and organizational workflows
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and tact
  • Proactively anticipate needs and resolve issues as they arise
  • Adapt to changing priorities and schedules, with the flexibility to work remotely for up to 20 hours per week and occasional evenings and weekends as required.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years' experience in a similar role within a private household or high-profile environment is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently and diplomatically with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and tact.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating needs and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules, with a willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Strongly prefer candidates who have an easy commute to Beverly Hills.

 

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 6:00pm with flexibility to work remotely.

 

Compensation: The client is prepared to pay a yearly salary of $140,000-$160,000 depending on experience, along with benefits.
